TX5C, Clipperton IslandJohn, N7CQQ reports that the TX5C Clipperton 2008 team received their Landing Permit from the French Polynesia authorities. The TX5C Dxpedition will operate as *FO5A/mm* from the Shogun while on route to Clipperton Atoll.

Isla San AndresSix members of the "Texas DX Society" will be on the air from Mar 1-6 as 5J0E.
The OPs WF5W, W5PF, K5WAF, NM5G, W5PR and N4AL will be QRV also during the ARRL DX Contest in SSB on Mar 1/2. They will activate the island San Andres (NA-033) with two separate stations in SSB/CW/digital modes on all bands. The calls are not known yet. The QSL manager for all calls will be W5PF and the log will be uploaded to the LoTW later. The DXpedition homepage is: http://www.tdxs.net/hk0.html

News Flash!From Jean Claude, J28JA
“This afternoon, I, (J28JA) and Mala J20MD are going to the Arta Piton at abt 800m asl, over the Goubhet Gorges. We will settle a 83m round loop.
At night we will try to be active on 80 and 160m QRP.
We will be on the air from that QTH, until Friday 29th in the evening.
QSL via J28JA via F5JFU and QSL J20MB via F4FMI.
