Update on my 2008 YK trip
I will be arriving Damascus on 4/20 evening and should be QRV as YK1BA again from 4/21 till 5/2, returning home to Texas on 5/3. As usual, the purpose of the trip is not a DXpedition, so my operating will be spotty.
However, I hope to be able to operate at least 3 - 4 hours a day.
With the current band conditions and my typical operating times, I suspect that I will spend most of my radio time on 30, 40, and 80 Meters. However, I will operate on whatever band (10 -- 80) and mode that have the best propagation at the time. Most probable operating times are between 20:00 - 23:00 UTC or between 02:00 - 05:00 UTC and possibly some occasional activities between 12:00 -14:00 UTC. I will be active on SSB, CW, and TTY.
